Why is the Achievement Through Vision Therapy Program at AVC Different? Minimize
  • The Achievement Through Vision program offered at Advanced Vision Center is unlike any other SIMPLY because our program includes the TECHNOLOGY of VISUAL NEUROPLASTICITY and we use a multisensory approach.
  • VISUAL NEUROPLASTICITY is the latest technology available to permanently increase function and performance of VISUAL CELLs directly at the VISUAL CORTEX (brain level).
  • When traditional vision therapy activities are performed they directly stimulate vision at the early visual pathway level but ONLY indirectly stimulate vision in the later part of the visual pathway or visual cortex.
  • It has not been until the use of VISUAL NEUROPLASTICITY techniques that we can now DIRECTLY isolate and stimulate CELLS in the later part of the visual pathway, VISUAL CORTEX.
  • In its simplest form: our Achievement through Vision program is the only VISION THERAPY PROGRAM that incorporates techniques which DIRECTLY stimulate the whole visual pathway from eye to visual cortex.
  • The effects are: increased speed of visual processing, increased integration of vision with other senses, increased visual performance, increased visual reaction time in addition to all the other benefits previously accomplished with previous vision therapy techniques.
  • The results are a shorter treatment time, quicker alleviation of symptoms, increased visual performance efficiency but most important of ALL “a life-changing and lasting treatment effect.”
